Grocery List: February 17-20

In an effort to not go broke in this challenge, I’m looking for recipes that contain similar ingredients. I can’t handle/afford 10-15 ingredient recipes.  It’s also likely that I’ll be eating leftovers a few days a week…so don’t expect a new dinner every night. Based on this weeks meal planning, and my current pantry, here’s my grocery list:


  • Shallots
  • Grape tomatoes
  • Ravioli
  • Bunch of Parsley
  • Salmon fillets
  • Red bell pepper
  • Fresh ginger
  • 1 bunch of spinach
  • Sesame seeds
  • 1 leek (white and light green parts)
  • 1 small zucchini
  • Crumbled feta
  • Fresh dill
  • 1 Red Bliss potato
  • 1 store-bought 9-inch piecrust
  • 1 fennel bulb
  • Capers
  • Red wine vinegar
